You never know…

…what obstacles you’re going to have to work around day-to-day in a restaurant. We came in Tuesday to find guys finishing up some tile repair work. We had been closed on Monday for some electrical updates and the tile work, so we had a morning of really heavy prep ahead of us. They had buckets of grout and crap all over the floor. We had to watch where we stepped so as to stay off the just laid tiles. Between that and reaching around and over the guys crawling around on the floor, it was like playing a warped version of Twister. Once they finished with the tile they put a piece of “plywood” down so the grout could set. Plywood my butt! That’s the door from someone’s outhouse if you ask me.
