BLT Salad

Crispy pork belly, tomatoes, red onion, spring mix, bleu cheese crumbles, and our house-made avocado ranch dressing:

AVOCADO-RANCH DRESSING: Yield: a lot

2 cups mayo
2 cups sour cream
5-7 cloves of garlic minced
3-4 Tbs basil pesto
2-3 Tbs dried dill
1 Tbs granulated garlic
1 Tbs onion powder
1 lemon juiced
6 avocados
buttermilk
salt and pepper

Puree garlic cloves in a food processor or mince by hand. Add all other ingredients except buttermilk and S&P. Mix well. Add enough buttermilk to get the desired consistency. Salt and pepper to taste.
