Smoke ’em if ya got ’em.

We smoke everything around here these days. Fish, shrimp, veggies, tongue, duck…you name and we have probably smoked it. You never know what’s coming off next. Our cooks have a Pop-Tart fetish. I’m sure smoked Pop-Tarts are right around the corner.
